What is a good recipe for grilling horse?

At what age (of the horse, of course ) should i not be using the meat for food?
Is there any problems with eating horse meat rare?
Are there any good cat recipes? I have a nice 15lb. Burmilla kitty who isn’t getting any younger. now that my kids are out of the house (divorced) i wan tot experiment with different types of meat. any advice would be great.

    horse meat does not really sound good. where did you find horse meat?

    Just go for it. I would suggest roasting it though at about 165C for about 40 minutes per lb.

    It is more lean and slightly sweeter and more tender then beef. Use horse as the meat in steak tartare, its great. Just as in beef, the younger the animal, the more tender the meat.

    I like to cook my horse meat in kabobs. Cut up the tender meat in one inch squares along with cherry tomatoes, green and red peppers and onion. Run a skewer through it and grill to your liking.

    be glad i don’t know you personally, cause you would had me as your number 1 enemy, i would serve you to them animals for snack, chopped up in pieces and feed you them crocs and gators, you people are sick eating horses, cats and dogs, go and eat some stewed roaches with some ant sh….t*
